Refund policy
At Little Elf Christmas Boutique We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty we will be happy to provide a solution for you.
- In the event of a faulty product, you must notify us of the fault immediately. Prolonged delay may limit the resolution and you may only qualify for a partial solution.
- All products are covered by the consumer guarantee relating to manufactures warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchange and return transactions.
- Items that have been damaged whilst being used in an unreasonable way, or have been damaged whilst being packed down may not qualify for an exchange or refund.
- All refunds are processed in store the same day, and are subject to bank processing times.
- If the product is unavailable, we will give you the option to use the value towards the purchase of a greater priced item.
- Little Elf Christmas Boutique is not liable for any additional charges required to ‘return’ the item to the store of purchase.
- Little Elf Christmas Boutique does not offer a refund for ‘change of mind’ on the items so please choose carefully.
- Items purchased via our website that are deemed to be faulty require a return authorisation number before the item can be shipped back to a store. The cost of freight for the returned product will be your responsibility.
- In all cases involving a faulty item, the fault is to be determined and confirmed by Little Elf Christmas Boutique prior to any resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),(Custom made to order items, Bows Wreaths, Garlands Centrepieces .) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
